Who owns the work and the accounts?
You do. The code, the site, the Google and Stripe logins, all in your name. If you leave, you take it.
What if something breaks later?
You email me. Not a portal, not a ticket number. What's covered gets written down, so it never turns into a guess.
What is worth automating?
Anything you do the same way every time. Retyping numbers, rebuilding Monday's spreadsheet, chasing the same email. Judgment stays with you.
Do I need AI?
Usually not. Plain automation is cheaper and easier to trust. Anyone selling you AI for everything is a red flag.
Do you build websites?
Yes, but not as a one-off build. YouGrow is the monthly version, and it has its own page.
Where are you?
Arroyo Grande, on California's Central Coast. Most of the work happens over email, so where you are doesn't matter.
How fast do you answer?
Usually within a few hours. It's my inbox. Nothing sits in a queue waiting to be assigned to somebody.
