Got Questions?

Here's what people ask most often.

We talk through your situation—what's working, what isn't, what you're trying to accomplish. I'll give you honest feedback on whether I can help and roughly what it would cost. No pitch, no pressure.

Hourly billing rewards inefficiency. I scope projects clearly upfront, quote a fixed price, and deliver on that quote. You know exactly what you'll pay before we start. If I underestimate, that's on me—not you.

Infrastructure (hosting, databases, APIs), monitoring to catch issues before they affect you, updates and security patches, and support when something needs fixing or tweaking. You don't have to think about the technical stuff.

Proven, reliable technology that works: Django, PostgreSQL, n8n for automations, htmx for interactive interfaces. Tools with documentation, community support, and track records. No cutting-edge frameworks that might disappear next year.

Async-first. I send Loom video updates so you can watch on your schedule. Email for questions (I respond within 24 hours, usually same day). Meetings only when they're actually necessary—most projects need 1-2 total.

Small tweaks are included in your monthly support. Larger changes get scoped and quoted separately—same fixed-price approach. You're never locked in; you own your code and can take it elsewhere anytime.

I'm the primary point of contact for every project. For larger work, I bring in trusted specialists I've worked with for years—designers, DevOps engineers, mobile developers. You always deal directly with me.

Typically 2-3 weeks out for new projects. The audit is usually delivered within 5 business days. If you have an urgent timeline, let me know—sometimes I can accommodate.
