Plain answers before you email
What do you charge?
No packages, no tiers. The first conversation is free. If the work fits, we'll give you a custom quote before anything starts. If the scope changes later, we'll scope and quote that separately.
What's worth automating?
Start with work you do the same way every time: retyping numbers between systems, rebuilding the same spreadsheet, chasing the same follow-up email, or moving info from a form into another tool. If a computer can follow the steps without guessing, it's worth looking at. If it needs judgment or a relationship, it probably stays with a person.
Do I need AI?
Maybe, but not by default. A plain automation is often the better answer. AI helps when messy emails, documents, notes, or requests need sorting before a person reviews them. If the job needs judgment or a relationship, keep a human in it.
What happens if something breaks?
Most tools are built to run on their own, and monthly maintenance usually covers bugs, updates, and small field or template changes. Bigger changes get scoped separately, so the monthly fee does not turn into a vague bucket of work.
Is it really just you?
Yes. Uzunu is Onur's work, not a big agency. Your email goes straight to Onur; if it turns into a project, the same person writes the code.
Will my accounts and data stay mine?
Yes. Important accounts like Stripe and Google stay in your name. We include full exports/imports, and we don't hold your business hostage.
Do you build websites?
Website work goes through YouGrow, which we also run. If you need a website or local marketing, that's the better fit.
Where are you located?
Arroyo Grande, on California's Central Coast. We work with businesses anywhere.
How fast do you get back to me?
Usually the same day. Onur reads the inbox himself.
